Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting;
Experience with system implementations and integration from 2 years;
Analysis of finance and business processes experience;
Good understanding of Russian statutory, US GAAP (or IFRS) accounting principles. Knowledge of Tax legislation is an advantage;
Project management skills;
Strong analytical and troubleshooting/debugging skills;
Good communication skills;
Team player, facilitation skills;
Fluent English both oral and written.

Business systems processes analysis and test for compliance with Russian legislation;
Identification of Requirements for both local and business systems development and explanation of these requirements to business systems owners and IT team;
Process engineering and documentation;
Identification of all the technical tasks required to complete technical deliverables;
Review of process draft created by IT team;
Participate in developing data conversion & migration strategy;
Lead and participate in testing, coordination of testing with functional owners;
User training;
Participate in performance testing
