Requirements:
• MS Degree in computer science, telecommunication, IT, etc
• Strong knowledge and experience in C and C++ (4 - 6 years and more)
• The ability to write ANSI C accurate cross platform code
• The ability of understanding and modifying existing code
• The experience in software validation and verification
• The experience in development of GUI based applications
• The experience in database development and good understanding of SQL
• The experience in using the Python script languages
• The ability to create different levels software development related documentation
• The practical knowledge of software development life cycle
• Fluent English

Highly recommended:
• The practical experience in applications development for UNIX based systems
• The practical experience in multithread applications development
• The practical experience in network applications development

Desired:
• Knowledge of avionics
• Applicable knowledge of the following standards is the big advantage: RTCA DO-178B, ARINC 429, ARINC 664, etc.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be part of the Moscow Engineering team and perform in all phases of software development for commercial avionics systems, including requirements analysis and capturing, code development, verification and validation, tools and documentation development.

This position will involve travel. Passport for traveling abroad and driving license are required.
