• University degree/undergraduate
• Fluency in English

Fulfilment of business-relevant tasks set by line manager and coach and proactive search and implementation of new initiatives/projects in the Demand Chain department

• Understands career opportunities during the programme and after it
• Perform tasks set by Line Manager, Coach, HR manager responsible for the programme
• Be active in finding new tasks/projects within department
• Tend to achieve the highest level of performing tasks
• Be responsible for self-development, follow up his/her own progress
• Collect information, Line Manager’s, Coach’s etc opinion on his/her work
• Be aware of the give-take balance in work
• Build effective relations within the company

Wide range of activities within MT programme, including:

• Control upon the price of purchased goods and services, procurement process optimisation through insurance stocks reduction, demand coordination and automatic purchase
