• Higher education;
• Several years experience in business re-engineering, OEBS configuration;
• Deep knowledge and solid experience in one or several Oracle Financials modules is required;
• Good understanding of business-processes;
• Been part of at least one or two project lifecycles, preferable from scoping and planning through to post go live support;
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel;
• Written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.

• Manage the Oracle Financials or Logistic modules design and implementation at the client’s sites;
• System configuration settings;
• Co-ordinate the functional implementation with the other Senior Consultants/Consultants and Managers;
• Manage the client and project team members through the module implementation;
• Analyze business processes and map them with the OEBS functionality;
• Responsible for systems analysis, configuration documentation, user training, testing, interface and integration with other modules.
