Job description:

• Applies in depth disciplinary knowledge
• Contributes to the development of new techniques, models, processes or plans within area of expertise
• Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information
- Filters, validates and interprets dynamic material
• Applies project management techniques

Functional Knowledge:
• Employs DRILLґs client systems and tools with no direction
• Plans and executes the design and implementation of multiple solutions; finds new solutions to enhance the portfolio
• Finds or recommends new solutions to enhance the portfolio
• Analyzes the client’s business at a cross-functional level
• Provides in-depth technical needs analysis :
- on advanced analytics on data (Associated with data mining and/or statistical analysis) or
- on technical Architecture for data warehouse solutions or
- to model data warehouse solutions in alignment within a specific business process area or in alignment with Business information

Representative Responsibilities:
• Provides significant support in proposal preparation
• Selects and modifies practice support tools to fit engagement
• Manages multiple assignments and P&L outcomes on a day-to-day basis
• Ensures task quality in accordance with Global PM and ISO 9000 (TD only)
• Selects and integrates deployment support tools to fit engagement
• Evaluates risks and propose contingency plans
• Executes the proposed client transition strategies
• Mentors other associates on the technical and operational aspects of the solution
• Develop and deploy key field communications
• Assists the Program Manager in calculating Earned Value and reporting High Impact Projects (HIP) financial information
• Develops and manages the project’s change control procedures.
• Develops and manages the project’s change control procedures.
• Conducts project progress reviews with client and account team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required.

Typical Education;
• Bachelors Degree

Typical Experience:
• 2-5 years of related experience
