You will have experience in

• Full lifecycle experience (worked/able to gather and manage requirements, code and test)
• XML experience
• Software development experience
• Skilled in software analysis and design, ideally using UML
• Java (J2EE, J2ME, JESE)

Desirable experience in
• Web Service and Portlet development
• JSP, SOAP, WSDL, HTTP/S
• Business process and business integration protocols (BPEL).
•You must be security cleared.
