Higher education preferably in information technology / business
Preferably: 3-4 year experience in Documents lifecycle related consulting or audit
Alternative: same experience of Documents lifecycle solutions implementation / support in internal IT of a western company
At least 2 years of Project management experience
Proven log of successfully implemented projects in Records / Documents Management area
Records / Document management system configuration skills
Experience in Business processes analysis, mapping and design
Experience in working with a world leading records / document management solution is a plus
Competence in industry standards relating Documents Lifecycle Management is a plus
User training and support experience
Good command of written\verbal Russian and English
Ability to travel within CIS (not more than 25% of time)

Establishment of Documents lifecycle solutions framework for the Firm (Records Management, Documents Management, Archiving, Workflow)
Selection of solutions platform and vendor, including tenders documentation creation and analysis
Project management of cross CIS implementation of Records management solution
Leading Documents Management and Workflow solutions setup in the Firm
Establishment and execution of post–implementation support service for Documents lifecycle solutions
Business processes analysis, mapping and design for Documents lifecycle
Compilation of business cases for Documents lifecycle and presenting to business partners
Compilation of relevant project and solution related documentation (conceptual design, configuration manuals, test scripts, user manuals, support model, disaster recovery)
Records / Documents management and Workflow solutions configuration
Co-management of 1 person (Business Analyst)
Key- and end-user training
