Redwood Shores, Calif. – March 24, 2015 – To help HR professionals find, grow and retain the best possible talent in an increasingly competitive and mobile business environment, Oracle will host its second Oracle HCM World in Washington, DC on March 25 – 27, 2015 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The conference will feature industry leaders to discuss critical HR topics and best practices, including workforce planning, recruiting, on-boarding, leadership development and training.

Oracle HCM World will help attendees address the most crucial challenges facing HR today by bringing together HR, talent management, business leaders, and industry influencers to share best practices and discuss how forward-thinking organizations are employing modern HR to transform their organizations. Attendees will also learn about the latest developments in workforce management, rewards and optimization as well as social sourcing, flexible learning, predictive insight, transformative decision-making and game-changing technologies.

Conference Highlights Include:
Keynote address from Oracle CEO Mark Hurd and 66th Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Thursday, March 26 at 8:00 a.m. ET. During that keynote, Mark Hurd will share his thoughts on the digital workforce and Dr. Rice will discuss recent changes to the geopolitical landscape.
Opening keynote from Cara Capretta, vice president, HCM Transformation, Oracle, and Bertrand Dussert, vice president, HCM Transformation, Oracle, to discuss the global trends impacting the HR function and modern HR best practices.
Additional keynotes from Oracle executives, including Chris Leone, senior vice president, Oracle Applications Development; Oracle partners Accenture, PwC, and Deloitte Consulting LLP; and industry expert Dave Ulrich, professor of business at the Ross School, University of Michigan and partner at the RBL Group.
More than 90 sessions, demos and keynotes in eight tracks including Social and Core Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Modern HR, and HCM Mobile Cloud.
Advice and best practices from cutting-edge Oracle HCM customers, including Ovation Brands, Concentrix, Compass Minerals, Inc., and Cox Enterprises.
Customer appreciation event, “THE Bash at the Museum,” at the Smithsonian American Art Museum and National Portrait Gallery the evening of Thursday, March 26.
