News Facts Oracle today introduced Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Applications 11.1.1.8.1 which includes prebuilt connectors between Oracle Procurement and Spend Analytics and Oracle’s JD Edwards. Additionally, a new Oracle Human Resources Analytics module for developing and maintaining a skilled workforce has been introduced.

Built on Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite, the next generation analytics platform, Oracle BI Applications enable organizations to easily extend their BI footprint or build custom BI applications to meet specific analytics needs for line-of-business managers and executives.

Built-in key performance metrics and advanced data visualization capabilities, including the 9-box performance-potential matrix, deliver insights to help HR and managers align their organizations’ talent management needs and strategies with business goals.
Using Oracle Talent Profile Analytics, managers can perform skill gap analysis to pinpoint skill and knowledge shortfalls, improve recruitment decisions, build new training programs to maximize employee success, and gain visibility to help assess needs related to succession and turnover.
