Oracle Announces Date for Oracle HCM World 2016, Opens Call for Papers
Third Annual HR Conference Will Take Place April 5 – 7, 2016 in Chicago

Oracle has opened the call for papers for the third annual Oracle HCM World, which will be held April 5-7, 2016 at The Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Oracle HCM World is the industry conference for the HR community to share thought leadership, connect with peers, and talk about the changing role of technology in today’s business world. Each year, the event strives to create, maintain and expand a community of HR professionals where people want to hear from each other, connect with each other, and build relationships by sharing stories and solutions. Oracle HCM World is focused on Modern HR, rather than products, and will address real-world business challenges that HR professionals are facing today and the best practices being used to solve those problems.
"I travelled all the way from Australia to attend Oracle HCM World 2015. It was fantastic to connect with other HR leaders across industries and to hear about their experiences and challenges. Exploring how leading HR teams are tackling digital and mobile service delivery was a highlight," said Mel Parks, Global HR Business Manager, ANZ Banking Group.
Oracle welcomes proposals for presentations on a wide range of subjects from its customers, partners, analysts and other industry leaders. Real-life case studies and sessions that share transformational stories are encouraged. Of particular interest to the Oracle HCM World audience are speakers’ observations of the market today, and how that is changing how businesses and HR think about and run their business and people processes. Tracks for this year’s Oracle HCM World are:

- Workforce Analytics
- Tech Talk
- Modern HR
Detailed descriptions of each track can be found on the conference website www.oraclehcmworld.com. For additional details and guidelines, or to submit a session abstract for consideration, click on the “Interested in Speaking?” section in the lower right corner of the website. Abstracts will be accepted until November 30, 2015 at 11:59 pm PT and must be submitted via the website.
