IT Consultant
A leading European software vendor from Germany is looking for IT Consultant.
Experience: most important is your dedication for performing a good job, you need to be quality oriented and eager to learn. We expect at least 3 - 4 years of similar working experience.
Technical knowledge requirements:
ITIL certification at a level of minimum ITIL Foundation (v2/v3)
Knowledge and skills in the use of modern methods of modelling and description of business processes (IDEF, CFD, EPC, BPMN or others)
Good understanding of the concept and details of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle or IBM DB2);
Experience with other Service Management tools is an asset: like BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, HP Service Manager, Axios Assyst, Naumen, …
Good experience in implementation and/or adaptations of software/applications;
Knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and experience with Service Desks is an asset;
Development experience (VB or VBScript or .NET or equivalent programming language);
Knowledge of IT infrastructure is an asset: like MS Windows Server platform, Active Directory, MS IIS, SMTP, ODBC, LDAP, XML, Crystal Reports

Overview of task details:
Customizing / configuring : 35%
ITSM Process Consulting – analysis, process design and workshops: 30%
VB Scripting / coding / development / testing : 20%
Interfacing / data migrations : 15%
Personnel trainings: occasionally
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Lead the customer workshops where the customer requirements are defined;
Implement Service- or Business Management projects at our customers (via customizing or develop-ment).
Implementing the functional requirements that were discussed in the workshops and documented in the requirement handbook;
Implement the solution into the software package (software has an integrated customization and development platform for this);
Occasionally give technical product trainings to customer IT responsible;
Presales activity and product presentations
This job is mainly performed at the customer location (>70%).

You speak both Russian and English.
You are willing to travel.
